My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not what I was expecting, as they were extremely dated with views of the parking lot, but they were stocked with food and drinks. The service had its moments, with friendly and helpful staff overall, but there was a rude encounter at check-in. The location had its perks for shopping and scenic views, but it was not as tranquil as I hoped. The dining experience was satisfactory with a great selection, although there were some buttermilk biscuits that were not to my liking.
The hotel offers lovely and clean rooms with gorgeous views, but the brunch can be expensive. The service is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location is beautiful and relaxing. Facilities are generally good but varied.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated for the holidays, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service was top-notch with a friendly staff. The location was convenient, quiet, and well taken care of. Although the dining options were not the best, the overall experience was superb.
